Pioneer in the implementation of cutting-edge voice and data technology applied to the accomplishment of multitudinous events with direct interactivity between the audience.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise large-scale projects and cross-account productions. Manage multi-faceted equipment and resources that include operations (customer solution managers, conference event managers, and producers) as well as members of the strategic and creative design team both internally and from contracting Advertising Agencies or direct clients.

  • Exercise a significant leadership role and supervise quality assurance for large-scale production efforts, including the responsibility of personnel to ensure production coverage in all programs.

  • Be the link that connects all players, whether on the side of the client, the internal team members or external service providers and partner agencies.

  • Recruit all departments and lines of business to ensure that the overall objectives of the project is communicated consistently at each point of contact and executed according to customer standards.

  • Promote the specific client's commitment to the project and be responsible for cultivating high-level relationships with customers.

  • Manage projects from start to finish, which include partnering with strategic and creative development teams to capitalize on new business opportunities, project concept, design and scope of teams, calendars, budgets, and synchronization of deliveries and services.

  • Build complete work plans, schedules, and approval doors. Be responsible for the planning and execution of complex and multidisciplinary projects.

  • Work with stakeholders to determine project goals and requirements and align project plans with business objectives. 

  • Ensure to create teams appropriately constructed, and roles and responsibilities are clear. 

  • Meet and communicate with stakeholders regularly to provide updates on the status of the project. 

  • Identify risks and manage emerging problems. Manage multiple and complex tasks simultaneously.

  • Efficiently managed more than $ 25 million in client budgets for projects, institutional advertising, and special events.

  • More than 150 live events, theatrical productions, television programs, documentaries, presentations, tributes, and creative products produced to date.

  • More than $ 3.5 million in new combined funds obtained in the form of grants or sponsorship thanks to proposals that we have written and submitted.

  • More than 100 multimedia presentations made as a creative and professional speaker for clients, their consumers, and public audiences.
